Zeus Z1 was Junior & Grand Champion Poll Hereford Bull & Junior Champion Interbreed bull at the Royal Hobart Show 2005. An outstanding bull who has shown excellent weight gain and growth since birth, he only had a moderate birth weight of 45kg. He combines high growth with easy doing ability and excellent thickness & muscling. Zeus is a true stud sire with EBV's in the top 1% of the breed for Milk, 200, 400, & 600 Day weight, and in the top 5% for EMA.
Territory was purchased at Dubbo in 2007. Selected for his excellent conformation and feet combined, with excellent EBV,s High for growth, milk, and EMA as well as some IMF. His calves show good doing ability for growth and ease of finishing.
Atomic was Reserve Junior Champion Poll Herefoprd Bull at the Royal Hobart show in 2006, and is a full brother to Guilford Axeman A2 who was the top priced bull at our sale in 2007. He is producing calves with extra thickness, muscle and growth.
Landlord was purchased at the Dubbo National in 2002 for $22,500. He has bred very well. His calves are easily born with low to moderate birth weights, combined with good growth rates and muscle scans.
Hijacker was purchased at the 2003 Dubbo National show & sale for $16,000. His calves are born easily with low birth weight but have very good growth rates thickness and muscling. His EBVs are excellent across the board.
Healy X62 sold for $32000 at Dubbo in 2004. We obtained Healy semen and have used some in our AI program. We have found Healy's calves to be excellent, long bodied and high growth and weight for age. Very high milk EBV.
Western Star W112 was Junior & Grand Champion Poll Herford Bull at the 2002 Royal Launceston Show. He is siring attractive calves with good growth rates. A son from his first drop of calves won Junior Champion Poll Hereford Bull & Junior Champion Interbreed bull at the 2005 Royal Launceston Show, and Reserve Junior Poll Hereford Bull at the 2005 Royal Hobart Show. Another son was also a class winner at Royal Hobart.
W3 was retained from our second drop of 4K Survivor calves, and was the standout bull calf in his drop. He was Reserve Junior Champion Poll Hereford Bull at Both Launceston & Hobart shows in 2002. A full brother was top price bull at our sale in 2004. His calves are low birth weight but still exhibit good growth rates.
A 1/8 share was purchased in Survivor in 1999. He has been used on cows & heifers and has proven to be easy calving with moderate birthweights. His calves exhibt outstanding growth & weight for age, while maintaining the “traditional” qualities of volume & doing ability. His daughters are milking very well. Trait leader for growth & Gestation Length.
A 1/8 semen share was purchased in Southern Cross S48 in 2002. He was selected for his good growth EBV’s combined with high EMA and positive fat EBV’s. His calves are dark coated and display excellent growth and muscling.
